HOW TO GET A RESIDENCE CARD?

    OUR SUPPORT

    PAYMENTS

Temporary residence documents form the basis for issuing a Temporary Residence Card, which entitles the holder to legal employment and education in the Republic of Poland. A temporary residence and work permit is issued to foreigners whose stay in Poland is related to:

    • Taking up employment,
    • Starting studies at a higher education institution,
    • Reuniting with family,
    • Starting a business.

The Residence Card is not only a permit to reside in Poland but also entitles the holder to travel within the Schengen area for up to 90 days in every 180-day period. Foreigners holding a Residence Card can travel freely without needing a visa. During travel, it is necessary to carry a valid Residence Card, passport, and sufficient funds for the stay abroad.

Depending on the region where you submit your application, the waiting time for a residence card can vary significantly.

In typical cases, the process takes about 6 months, but in particularly challenging situations, it can extend up to 2 years.

Once you receive a positive decision on your residence card application, you should account for an additional month for the production and collection of the physical card. This means that even after receiving a positive decision, the actual receipt of the card may take some extra time.

If you are ready to obtain a residence card, we offer

    • Full support in collecting and submitting documents.
    • Consultations on all legal matters.
    • Assistance in obtaining a temporary or permanent residence permit.
    • Support at all stages of the residence card application process.

Contact us to make the process of obtaining a residence card quick and easy!

For our employees we offer a 30% discount on legalization services.

First payment – upon submission of documents to the authorities.
Second payment – after receiving a positive decision from the voivode.

Attention! The cost of services does not include the administrative and service fees of the authorities.
