Warehouse worker with a scanner

A modern warehouse in Sady, about 16 km from Poznań, working with a large supermarket chain. Textile products for shops are stored and picked here. No experience needed — we train you on site.

Location: Sady (Wielkopolskie)

We offer:

• Starting rate 26 PLN net per hour with no threshold
• 27 PLN net per hour at 100% productivity, 28 PLN net per hour above 120%
• Umowa zlecenia contract
• Workwear
• Support with legalisation and residence card paperwork
• Fruit Tuesdays and free coffee

Work schedule:

• Monday to Friday, some Saturdays are obligatory; Sunday work is possible with a day off during the week
• The schedule changes weekly — option 1: 06:00–16:00, 12:00–22:00, 20:00–06:00
• Option 2: 06:00–18:00, 10:00–22:00, 18:00–06:00
• Breaks of 25 and 15 minutes, plus three short breaks

Responsibilities:

• Manual unloading of trucks and containers — stacking boxes on pallets
• Picking orders from pallets with a scanner
• Checking the quantity and accuracy of picked goods
• Preparing orders for dispatch to shops
• Target: 60 orders per hour, single items up to 12 kg

Requirements:

• Women, men and couples up to 50 years old
• No work experience required (scanner experience is a plus)
• Good physical condition and readiness for shift work

Additional information:

• Accommodation — 18 PLN per day; a room for a couple — 20 PLN per day per person, from the second month 23 PLN per day per person
• Transport to work — city transport
• Medical examination — 100 PLN (deducted from salary)
