The KONO Partnership Program unites a network of recruitment PARTNERS across Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America. We collaborate with experienced PARTNERS as well as those who are just starting to grow.
We have created 4 types of packages tailored to the individual needs of each. With us, you can decide which form of collaboration suits you best.

BENEFITS OF COLLABORATION

FEE PER CANDIDATE

A fixed fee for each hired candidate, plus a bonus of up to 30% of the invoice for successful employment.

TRAININGS

Unlimited access to internal trainings and subsidies for external trainings up to 3600 PLN annually.

HR SUPPORT

Modern recruitment tools and access to a dedicated support manager.

MARKETING SUPPORTПІДТРИМКА

We help with traditional advertising by providing marketing materials like leaflets, etc. Additionally, we can assist in lead generation.

TYPES OF PACKAGES

BASIC PACKAGE

Become a BASIC Agent. Recruit at least 1–19 candidates per month and earn extra cash. If you recruit over 5 employees, you get a BONUS in the form of a PREMIUM reward for each candidate’s month worked.

STANDARD PACKAGE

Become a STANDARD Agent. Recruit 20–29 candidates per month and earn extra cash. BONUSES in the form of PREMIUM rewards for each candidate’s month worked. We also provide offers with our logo at your disposal. Additionally, you have the opportunity to participate in one selected external training.

VIP PACKAGE

Become a VIP Agent. Recruit over 30 candidates per month and earn extra cash. BONUSES in the form of PREMIUM rewards for each candidate’s month worked. We also provide offers with our logo and marketing support. Additionally, you can participate in 3 selected external trainings.

PARTNER +

Become a KONO Partner. With our help, you can open your own office and receive full operational, marketing, and HR support from us. A personalized BONUS package in the form of PREMIUM rewards. Various types of marketing materials and full operational support will enable you to run your own branch. Additionally, you can participate in both internal and external trainings.

STEP 1

Fill out the application form.

In less than 3 minutes, complete the form with all the necessary information, and we will contact you.

STEP 2

Undergo verification and receive a presentation with a cooperation offer.

After reviewing the form, we will send you detailed information about the cooperation.

Sign the agreement, and we will provide all the necessary information and materials.

Once all the required documents are signed, we can begin our collaboration.

Benefit from KONO's support, including access to the candidate database.

You will receive all the access needed, including to our candidate database.
