Who is this program for?
The KONO employee bonus program offers a reward of up to 1500 zł for the first year of work. The program is designed specifically for new employees hired from August 1, 2025. We value your commitment to grow with us and are ready to encourage your loyalty with concrete bonuses.
You are eligible to participate if:
- Your employment begins after 01.08.2025
- You work continuously for 3, 6, or 12 months
- Your average employer rating is ≥ 4.0 out of 5
- You have no disciplinary violations

How it works
At KONO, we believe that loyalty should be rewarded. That’s why we have developed a simple and transparent bonus system that motivates our employees to stay with us for the long term.
The longer you stay — the more you earn.
In just one year of regular work, you can receive up to 1500 zł net on top of your salary!
- 3 months of continuous work: First payout — 200 zł
- 6 months of continuous work: Second payout — 600 zł + KONO loyalty certificate
- 12 months of continuous work: Third payout — 700 zł + KONO loyalty voucher + bonus gift
Note: All bonuses will be paid to your bank account within 30 days of reaching the respective milestone.

The KONO loyalty program is a clear system of rewards for stable and high quality work. To participate and receive a bonus, you must fulfil the following conditions:
- You have been working continuously for 3, 6 or 12 months
- Maintain an average employer rating of at least 4.0
- Have no disciplinary offences
- Follow the rules for participation in the program
How we evaluate
Employee evaluations are conducted monthly on a scale of 1 to 5 points. We use a fair and transparent evaluation system that takes into account all aspects of your work. Your line manager assesses your performance based on four key criteria:
Punctuality: showing up to work on time and meeting deadlines
Quality of work: accuracy, attention to detail and adherence to standards
Commitment: initiative, teamwork and responsibility for tasks
Occupational safety: compliance with safety regulations and company guidelines
The final monthly score is calculated from the average of all criteria. To qualify for a bonus, your average score over the entire period must be at least 4.0.
How to get the bonus
Taking part in the program is very easy — just follow these steps:
- Work at KONO from 1 August 2025
- Work continuously: 3, 6 or 12 months without interruption
- Maintain a high rating: an average grade of at least 4.0
- Receive your bonus: payment will be transferred to your account within 30 days of reaching each milestone
- Collect your gifts: a certificate and a KONO branded accessory
The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the program while maintaining the principle of protecting acquired rights. All disputes are resolved by HR Brand Sell Sp. z o.o. according to the terms of the regulations.
