We are introducing 3 payout options – now you decide how you want to be paid for each candidate you recruit. Choose the system that suits you best: faster payout or a higher total amount.
BENEFITS OF COLLABORATION
Compensation
A fixed fee for every candidate hired through KONO. Plus bonuses for exceeding set thresholds.
Training
Unlimited access to internal training + co-funding for external training of up to PLN 3,600 per year.
Marketing support
Ready-made marketing materials, online/offline campaigns supporting local branches and recruitment
CHOOSE YOUR PAYOUT SYSTEM
Each agent chooses one of 3 cooperation options – depending on how quickly they want to receive their fee.
Advance payment for the candidate
Your candidate can receive a PLN 500 advance after working just the first 2 weeks – an extra argument that makes recruiting easier for you.
Allowance for own accommodation
Candidates who use their own accommodation receive an allowance of PLN 1 for every hour worked (provided there are no unjustified absences in a given month) – another strong point of your offer.
TYPES OF PACKAGES
BASIC PACKAGE
Become a BASIC Agent. Recruit at least 1–19 candidates per month and earn extra cash. If you recruit over 5 employees, you get a BONUS in the form of a PREMIUM for each candidate who completes 168 working hours.
STANDARD PACKAGE
Become a STANDARD Agent. Recruit 20–29 candidates per month and earn extra cash. BONUSES in the form of PREMIUM for each candidate who completes 168 working hours. We also provide offers with our logo at your disposal. Additionally, you have the opportunity to participate in one selected external training.
VIP PACKAGE
Become a VIP Agent. Recruit over 30 candidates per month and earn extra cash. BONUSES in the form of PREMIUM for each candidate who completes 168 working hours. We also provide offers with our logo and marketing support. Additionally, you can participate in 3 selected external trainings.
PARTNER +
Become a KONO Partner. With our help, you can open your own office and receive full operational, marketing, and HR support from us. A personalized BONUS package in the form of PREMIUM rewards. Various types of marketing materials and full operational support will enable you to run your own branch. Additionally, you can participate in both internal and external trainings.
