Production worker — poultry processing

DROP S.A. is part of the Drosed Group, whose strategic shareholder is the French LDC Group — a European leader in the poultry industry. The company processes and packages poultry meat: chicken, duck and goose.

Location: Kępno (Wielkopolskie)

We offer:

• Production worker — 27 PLN net per hour
• Logistics (men only) — 28 PLN net per hour
• After 2 months of work — 1 PLN added to the initial rate
• Bonus of 200–700 PLN depending on attendance and performance
• Umowa zlecenia contract
• Free hot meal (soup and bread), tea and coffee
• Workwear provided
• Accommodation — 18–20 PLN per day
• Transport to work — 150 PLN per month (deducted from salary)
• Multilingual coordinator
• Stable employment

Work schedule:

• Monday to Friday, one shift of 10–12 hours
• Logistics: 5:00/6:00 to 15:00/16:00
• Production: 8:00 to 18:00

Responsibilities:

• Production line work: packaging and labelling products
• Separating specific elements on the line
• Transporting and hanging ducks, feather plucking
• Working with a knife

Requirements:

• Open to men and women (slaughter section — men only)
• Ability to work with a knife
• Up to 55 years old; fit older candidates may also apply
• A valid Sanepid sanitary and epidemiological booklet is mandatory — if you do not have one, you obtain it yourself at your own expense
• No language or nationality requirements

Additional information:

• Temperature on site: 8–10°C in production, 17–18°C in logistics and part of production
• Medical examination — 100 PLN (deducted from salary)
